Summary/Objective:

The product and process auditor is responsible for conducting planned and random audits of manufacturing processes.

Essential Functions:

  1. Conduct planned and random audits of manufacturing processes.
  2. Conduct planned and random audits of products during and after the production processes.
  3. Coordinate calibration for all company equipment and put data in the system.
  4. Conduct source inspection for customers and agencies as delegated.
  5. Order measuring and test equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time job 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Sunday through Thursday

Required Education and Experience:

  1. Collage Graduate – A bachelor’s Degree is a must
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  3. Experience in conducting audits and knowledge of calibration equipment and processes

Duties & responsibility:

  • Handle customer inquiries and Claims completely and accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer

Use all acquired skills from MCE training to :

  1. Adhere to the call script
  2. Adhere to the communicated process
  3. Achieve quality communicated targets.
  4. Complete all necessary documentation related to project operations
  5. Alert the issues or concerns that require escalation for complete resolution
  6. Maintain confidentiality of MCE’s client and customer data
  7. Adhere to MCE policies and procedures
  8. Participate in individual and team training/ meetings in order to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date
  9. Adhere to the work schedule as planned and accommodate any business requests including flexible locations and working hours
